    Insurance is not tied down to a state or location you live in. You purchase insurance to cover the vehicle no matter where you drive or live.

    I dont think so, I have not lived in California for 4 years now and I still have California insurance. I dont think it matters just as long as you HAVE insurance

    No you don’t but I would go with a company that is nationwide. I am miltary and I have insurance through geico because I move alot. I live in Florida now. So that is how I know. It is pretty easy to do, good luck.
